Grey, gorgeous, and award-winning, OC Zane Grey has wonderful conformation with an even top line and upright stance. He has exceptional fiber with very enviable and highly sought after retained fineness and an uncommonly soft and even hand.
At four years of age, his fiber tested at 18.6 microns with an SD of 4! This fleece was awarded 1st place at the 2010 Great Western Alpaca Show earning a 19.5 out of 20 points for Fineness and Handle!
His sire and dam are both Reserve Color Champions.
Zane's first progeny, El Griego has arrived. This absolutely stunning,light silver grey male has fine fleece and a beautiful, bold crimp style on a long staple. Zane just produced another tremendous boy; it's too soon to tell, but he is either black, bay black, or perhaps a modern grey!
