Reserve Color Champion Troon's Tell Luna is simply stunning. Incredibly bright. Fabulous, dazzling white, high-frequency crimp with lovely architecture covers this beautiful, very feminine, perfectly conformed, female. Great 2016 Fleece stats on this girl, too: AFD: 17.1, SD: 3.5, CV: 20.5 %>30:0.6! She has a spin fineness of 16.6, with a comfort factor of 99.4% She ranks in the top 10% of 2017 EPD's for Average Fiber Diameter, Standard Deviation, and Spin Fineness!

Tell Luna has an impressive show record including: 1st place and the 'Best Brightness' award at the 2017 MOPACA Invitational. Judge Wade Gease said, "OMG! Highly expressive fleece with the brightness of the North Star!" Her first Reserve Color Championship was awarded at the National Western Stock Show in January 2014 after winning the blue in her yearling class. Thirteen months later, she won her second RCC at 2015 TxOLAN in halter, again after taking the blue in her class. And, Troon's Tell Luna was awarded BLUE at 2015 Nationals! Her fleece placed 2nd of 7 at 2016 GWAS, with a 19 out of 20 for Fineness and Handle, and the comment from Judge Diana Timmerman: "Fleece exhibits fineness, softness, density and a high level of brightness!" We are very pleased.

Tell Luna is the result of breeding two of our best, Champion Sunny Mesa's Royal Troon (MFI Brock son) and Tell Foxie, a beautiful Canadian import and Elite General Ledger daughter.

Troon, the sire of Color Champions and blue ribbon winners, stamps his signature head style and incredible fleece characteristics on his progeny. Troon has garnered a NATIONAL Judge's Best Hand award in addition to blue ribbon and championship awards in halter and fleece. Although white, Troon easily produces color including Rose Grey.

Tell Foxie is a beautiful female with heavy bone, excellent conformation and balance, Tell Foxie sports a very fine, dense fleece with good staple length. Her parents are both imports, making Tell Foxie unrelated to most ARI registered alpacas. Her sire, Elite General Ledger, was imported to Canada from Australia in utero and has completely different genetics than the foundation ARI Peruvian import herd sires or the Jolimont Peruvians.

After giving birth to a beautiful white female out of 29X Champion TP Poseidon's Motivator, Tell Luna is currently open. Motivator is the recipient of 9 - Judges Choice awards, 7- Best Crimp awards, and 7- Get-of-Sire awards. Mo is ranked in the top 1% for 2014, 2015 and 2017 EPD's. He consistently produces champions and award -winning offspring! This little girl is something special.
